The 1 mile & 3 mile swims start with a one of a kind 12 foot jump off the Cape May-Lewes Ferry. From the incredible start, leaping into the Delaware Bay, to the beautiful backdrop of the Breakwater in the National Harbor of Refuge, the Escape the Cape has plenty to truly set it apart from a lot of other races!
Hosted by the professional sports production company, DelMoSports, a premier triathlon and sporting event organisation, the swim will see up to 1000 swimmers take the plunge this summer! The swim is a WOWSA sanctioned race as well as being a member of the Global Swim Series.
